The former Chief of Staff and CAO of Girl Scouts of the USA, she has focused on leadership development for girls and women for over 40 years. Jaclyn works with executive teams to develop positive work environments that support and nurture leadership at all levels. She has been a guest lecturer on organizational transformation for the graduate program in management at the New School in NYC and currently serves on the board of the May Center for Learning. Jaclyn is a certified mediator with professional certifications from Smith College, Harvard Business School, and Columbia University’s School of Management.
