Do you have a passion for women’s leadership, love to teach or coach (and are really good at it), and want to get paid well for it? Then become a Take The Lead Leadership Ambassador.

What’s the Program?

Each Leadership Ambassador completes a rigorous train the trainer program in the 9 Leadership Power Tools curriculum and is personally certified by co-founder Gloria Feldt.

We welcome mission driven women in technology, healthcare, businesses, finance, media, arts, social justice, nonprofit, education and more with diverse backgrounds to build a movement to accelerate women to leadership parity across all sectors. Whatever your area of expertise, top notch facilitation and training skills are a must. If you are also a qualified coach, you’ll bring extra value, and be able to earn additional revenue.

Candidates will also have a willingness and ability to promote and secure opportunities to deliver Take The Lead’s training programs and will receive a generous revenue share if they secure funding. In other instances, Take The Lead secures the funding and hires Leadership Ambassadors as independent consultants to deliver programs.

Because we are mission driven and want as many women as possible to have the benefit of our life changing programs, we are flexible. Leadership Ambassadors may use Take The Lead’s brand to deliver programs or may cobrand with Take The Lead.
