Profile Highlights:

Keisha A. McKinnor is the Assistant Regional Director at the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). She is responsible for law enforcement training on hate crimes and managing implicit bias, incident responses and oversight of the office’s Glass Leadership Institute.

Prior to joining ADL she worked over 15 years in the real estate industry as a commercial property manager and real estate broker, conducting transactions and managing multi-million square feet of residential, industrial and retail portfolios.  Her expertise lies in strategic planning, management, and leadership development.  While working for a Fortune 500 company, she was selected to work cross-functionally with the organization’s public affairs department as the liaison for minority communities to drive diversity and inclusion strategies and build brand presence.  She has also worked on company-wide Diversity and Inclusion initiatives including creating programs and events celebrating cultural awareness.  Living by the mantra that our experiences, skills, and gifts are not solely for individual benefit but for contributing to others, she is passionate about giving back to the community.  Through a nonprofit she founded, Keisha mentors young girls ages 9-17 in marginalized communities, equipping them with tools to be our next generation leaders.

Committed to learning and continuously enhancing her ability to contribute, she is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Grand Canyon University.  Keisha also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, is currently the President of the Board of Directors for Arizona Autism Charter Schools, President of the East Valley MLK Committee, Board Member for Mesa United Way, actively serves in ministry and is an ambassador for Take the Lead, a leadership program dedicated to reaching gender parity in society.
